胃癌血清及骨髓中CA72-4、MG7-Ag、CEA联合检测的意义 被引量：8

摘要 目的联合检测胃癌患者血清及骨髓中糖类抗原72-4(CA72-4)、胃癌相关抗原(MG7-Ag)、癌胚抗原(CEA)含量,评价三者联合检测用于胃癌诊断的价值。方法应用酶联免疫吸附测定法、放射免疫测定法对61例胃癌患者血清及骨髓中CA72-4、MG7-Ag、CEA含量进行检测,并对结果进行分析。结果胃癌患者血清及骨髓中CA72-4、MG7-Ag、CEA含量均明显高于正常对照组(均P<0.01);三者联合检测较单一指标检测准确率明显升高(均P<0.05)。结论联合检测血清及骨髓中CA72-4、MG7-Ag、CEA含量可提高胃癌诊断的阳性率。
