体外冲击波诱导骨髓间充质干细胞向成骨细胞分化 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察体外冲击波(ESW)对人骨髓间充质干细胞增殖活性的影响,为体外冲击波和hMSCs的临床应用提供理论依据。方法采用密度梯度离心法提取hMSCs。观察EJW诱导前、后细胞形态及生长状态变化,进行细胞内碱性磷酸酶(ACP)活性测定,X-线衍射分析细胞的矿物质沉积物情况。结果 5 kV、100频次的EJW可以明显促进hMSCs的生长。干预后的hMSCs贴壁率升高,钙结节形成增多;ALP总体水平高于对照组。干预后的hMSCs体外培养有大量的羟基磷灰石形成。结论低能冲击波在适宜强度下可诱导hMSCs向成骨细胞分化。
