神经调节素对痴呆大鼠模型海马区TNF-α表达的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究神经调节素(NRG)-1β对实验性老年痴呆大鼠脑组织肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α表达的影响。方法成年健康Wistar大鼠30只,经左侧脑室微量注射淀粉样蛋白β1~40(Aβ1~40)建立实验性痴呆模型,经右侧脑室注射NRG-1β干预治疗,Y型电迷宫检测动物认知功能,原位TUNEL法检测神经细胞凋亡,免疫组化检测TNF-α的表达水平。结果模型组大鼠较对照组认知能力明显下降,TUNEL阳性细胞显著增多、神经细胞TNF-α蛋白表达明显增强(P<0.05)。经侧脑室注射NRG-1β治疗后,大鼠较模型组认知能力显著改善、TUNEL阳性细胞显著减少、TNF-α表达减弱(P<0.05)。结论 NRG-1β可能下调炎性因子TNF-α表达,发挥抗炎作用,而改善动物的学习记忆能力。
