摘要 长期从事显微作业,可影响视力及视集合功能的减弱或异常,从业3~5年有近1/3的工人因此被迫调离工作岗位。结果不但损害工人健康,同时又造成熟练工人的减少而影响生产效率。造成这种影响的主要原因是长时间连续操作导致视疲劳,研究制订合理的劳动休息制度是有效的预防措施。 Microscope operation for a long time can weaken eyesight and visual convergence function and cause them abnormal. Almost one third of workers who have been working on microscope operation for 3~5 years have to transfer from their jobs. This not only impairs workers' health but also reduces the number of the skilled workers, and subsequently affects the efficiency of production. The main reason leading to this effect is visual fatigue resulted from a long time and continuous microscope operation. Therefore, establishing ameasure of reasonable system of work-rest is an effective prevention.
