两种海洋寡糖对S180荷瘤小鼠抗肿瘤及免疫调节作用的研究 被引量:4

Anti-tumor effect and immunoregulatory activity of two marine oligosaccharides on S180 sarcoma in mice

摘要 为了研究两种功能性海洋寡糖对S180荷瘤小鼠抗肿瘤及免疫功能的影响。建立S180荷瘤小鼠动物模型,随机分为阴性对照组(生理盐水)、阳性对照组(环磷酰胺)、寡糖不同剂量组共8组,连续灌胃10d后处死小鼠,分别计算抑瘤率、胸腺指数和脾脏指数,采用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测血清中细胞因子白介素2(IL-2)、白介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)蛋白表达水平。结果:与生理盐水组比较,κ-卡拉胶寡糖组和壳寡糖组均能明显抑制肿瘤生长,同时两种海洋寡糖组均能够显著提高胸腺指数、脾指数、IL-2、IL-6、TNF-α的表达。提示,κ-卡拉胶寡糖与壳寡糖作用结果相似,不仅可以抑制肿瘤的生长,还可以提高荷瘤小鼠的免疫能力,其抗肿瘤作用可能与其免疫调节作用相关。 It is to observe anti-tumor effect and immunoregulatory activity of two marine oligosaccharides(κ-CO and COS) on S180 tumor and immune regulation action.The models of mice bearing S180 sarcoma were established and randomized into 8 groups,and drugs were used in alone,and relative content of IL-2,IL-6,TNF-α were detected by ELISA,and tumor-inhibition rate,spleen index and thymus index were calculated.κ-CO and COS could inhibit the growth of tumor significantly,and enhance the levels of IL-2,IL-6 and TNF-α,while the spleen index and thymus index were increased significantly.The anti-tumor effect of κ-CO is similar to COS,both marine oligosaccharides not only can inhibit tumor growth,but also have protective effect on thymus and spleen and the underlying mechanism may be related to enhancement of immumocytes and cytokine in tumor-bearing mice.
