RNA干扰在变应性鼻炎治疗中的应用研究

摘要 变应性鼻炎（allergicrhinitis，AR）影响工业化国家大约20%的人口，并导致了从轻微的不便到严重的呼吸窘迫和危及生命的变应性休克等广泛问题。在过去的10年中，AR和哮喘的发病率及严重程度均有所增加，已成为严重的公共卫生问题。
