The traditional Lhasa urban area,centered in the Jokhang Temple and the Barkor Street,includes four district offices and their affiliated communities.It’s a district in the west of the Lingkor East Road,east of the Dosenge Road,north of the Jiangsu Road and south of the Lingkor North Road,with an area of 1.33 square kilometers.It occupies 2 per cent of the total area of Lhasa City and is administered by Chengguan District Government of Lhasa City.
