摘要
目的超声观察兔颈动脉血栓早期形态学变化。方法对7只白兔采用3V直流电刺激其颈动脉壁,制备颈动脉血栓的动物模型。模型制备成功后即刻、3d及1周后分别进行常规超声及超声造影检查。1周后将动脉血栓模型行病理检查,对比分析病理结果与常规超声及超声造影结果。结果兔颈动脉血检建立后即刻,超声检查颈动脉管腔内见低回声充填,未探及血流信号,超声造影未见血栓内造影剂灌注。3d后行超声检查,血栓仍呈低回声,周边可见窄条样血流信号,超声造影可见造影剂通过。1周后行超声检查,血栓处管腔内径增宽,血栓回声较前增强,周边可见条样血流信号,超声造影可见造影剂通过。病理检查:颈动脉内血栓形成,部分血栓机化。结论通过常规超声、超声造影及病理学的观察,颈动脉血栓在短期(1周)内即发生形态学的变化。
Objective To observe the early morphological changes of carotid artery thrombus in rabbits by ultrasnund. Methods Carotid artery thrombus models were established by stimulated with 3 Volt galvanic current on the carotid wall in 7 Japanese white rabbits to induce the injury of blood vessel. The conventional ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) were performed immediately,3 d and 1 week after the establishment of carotid artery thrombus models. One week later, the carotid artery thrombus models were dissected to make pathological sections, the pathological results were compared with those of conventional ultrasound and CEUS. Results There was low level echo filled in the carotid artery immediately after operation, no blood flow signal was found, and no contrast media perfusion was found in thrombus. Three days later, thrombus showed low level echo and there was narrow strip blood flow at the edge of thrombus, CEUS showed there was contrast agent at the edge of thrombus. And 1 week later, the internal diameter at the place of thrombus was widen and the echo of the thrombus was higher than before, blood flow was also seen at the edge of thrombus, CEUS showed there was contrast agent at the edge of thrombus. The pathology results showed: thrombus was generated in the carotid artery with part of thrombus organization. Conclusion The morphology of carotid artery thrombus can change in the short time period( i week) through the observation of conventional ultrasound, CEUS and pathology.
