肾活检术后假性动脉瘤形成伴严重出血的超声表现1例 被引量：1

摘要 患儿女，6岁，反复蛋白尿、镜下血尿4＋个月。体格检查：双。肾区无叩痛，双下肢无水肿；血常规：血红蛋白137／g；尿常规：尿蛋白：＋＋，红细胞：＋＋，白细胞：一；临床诊断：紫癜性肾炎。在超声引导下行经皮肾穿刺活检术，肾穿刺病理检查示：紫癜性肾炎Ⅱ级，局灶节段轻度系膜基质增生。
