摘要
通过在AZ31镁合金中施加超声波和添加稀土元素Gd,研究超声处理温度和施振时间与Gd的复合作用对AZ31镁合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明,超声处理与Gd复合作用能有效的细化晶粒、改善其显微组织。当超声处理温度为690℃、作用时间为120s且Gd添加量为1%时,对晶粒的细化作用最明显,达到35μm,合金强度和相对伸长率分别提高到220MPa和20%。
AZ31-xGd magnesium alloy was cast by applying high-intensity ultrasonic wave adding Gd in AZ31 magnesium alloy melt.The effects of ultrasonic vibrating and Gd addition on microstructure of AZ31 magnesium alloy were investigated.The results show that the microstructure of the alloy with Gd under ultrasonic field was fine and uniform.When the ultrasonic vibrating is at 690 ℃ for 120 s and the content of Gd is 1%,the grain size of the alloy was significantly decreased,resulted in average grain size of 35 μm.The strength and elongation of the alloy increase to 220 MPa and 20%,respectively.
