摘要
通过腊模实验设计重点讨论了离心浇注条件下,浇注温度对TiAl合金组织的影响。结果表明,浇注温度对试样热裂倾向有非常大的影响;当浇铸温度提高时,界面反应加剧,反应层厚度增加。
Influence of the pouring temperature,under the condition of Centrifugal Casting,to the Metallographic Organization of the TiAl alloy has been discussed through experimental design of the wax mould.The results showed that:Pouring Temperature had a great impact to the hot tear of the sample;the interface reaction had been intensified and the reaction layer thickness had been increased too when the casting temperature rised.
