粘土湿型砂在铸钢静压造型生产中的试验研究

Research on Production of Green Sand Static Press Molding for Cast Steel

静压造型是一种新型的铸造工艺,为推广其在铸钢生产中的应用,开展了对造型原材料(原砂、膨润土、附加物)及铸造工艺的应用研究。结果表明,采用粘土湿型砂静压造型工艺生产铸钢件,所选用的原材料、铸造工艺、配砂工艺等,各项技术指标均达了要求,能够批量生产高质量的铸钢件,经济技术效益显著。

In order to popularize the use of the static pressure molding,a new kind of casting process in the cast steel production.The research on the raw materials(e.g.row sand,bentonite and additive complement) and foundry technique were conducted for reaching a sound technical conclusion to provide the basic prepared background for mass production.
