摘要 针对传统船舶焊接工艺设计存在流程复杂、过分依赖经验,以及缺乏积累和继承设计知识的问题,通过对其设计流程和影响因素的分析,提出了基于实例推理的船舶焊接工艺设计策略。最后,通过一个船舶焊接工艺设计的实例,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。 Aimed at the complexity of process planning,excessive dependence on experts' experience and lack of accumulation and inheriting of process knowledge in traditional ship-welding process planning,a novel process planning measure based on case-based reasoning(CBR) was put forward after analyzing the ship-welding process and relative impact factors.A case study was demonstrated to show the rationality and validity of the proposed methods.
