摘要
综合素质评价是新课程评价改革的一项重要举措,也是评价改革的创新和亮点,然而如何防止流于形式的评价,特别是在其与高利害选拔性考试挂钩后,如何提升其信度、效度以及公平性,已成为综合素质评价改革迫切需要解决的问题。重新审视综合素质评价的特点,及其实施的宗旨与目的是进一步推进综合素质评价改革的方向标,通过综合素质评价促进学校教育教学方式的变革,最终促进学生的全面发展是评价改革的根本。
The comprehensive quality evaluation, highlighted as an innovative approach, is an important measure applied in the new curriculum evaluation reform. However, it is necessary to prevent it from becoming formalistic. After being linked with the high stake enrollment exam, it has become increasingly urgent to improve the reliability, validity and fairness of the comprehensive quality evaluation. Further implementation can be directed by reviewing its characteristics, principle and purpose. The purpose of evaluation reform is to promote the transformation of teaching approach at school and finally facilitate the overall development of students.
