摘要
文章首先对公司分立进行简单概述,然后对债权人利益所造成的影响进行分析,最后针对新公司法中关于公司分立中的债权人利益保护相关规定进行研究。
What is corporation division is introduced first and then there is an analysis upon its effect on the creditor＇s interest.Finally,some research is done about the creditor＇s interest protection issue in the new ＂Corporation Law＂.
