单纯性小腿交通静脉瓣功能不全的超声诊断价值

目的探讨在随体位变化而出现小腿皮肤颜色改变的病例中,超声诊断交通静脉瓣功能不全的临床意义。方法分析60例(69条下肢)因小腿皮肤颜色随体位改变而变化,排除静脉血栓及临床怀疑静脉曲张而就诊的患者的临床资料,应用二维超声及彩色多普勒超声检出瓣膜功能不全的交通静脉,并与X线造影相比较。结果 60例患者共检出49条下肢瓣膜功能不全的交通静脉,彩色多普勒超声诊断符合率为71%。结论彩色多普勒超声能准确地对扩张或功能不全的交通静脉诊断,对小腿体位性皮肤颜色改变的病因诊断有重要意义。

Objective To explore the value of the Color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of perforating venous insufficiency in the cases of postural changes occur with calf skin color change in the lower extremity＇ and its clinical significance. Methods The clinical data of sixty cases（69 legs） due to a calf skin color with changes in body position changes, exclusion of venous thromboembolism and clinical suspicion of venous varicose were analyzed,application of two-dimensional and color Doppler flow imaging detection of perforating venous insufficiency and compared with the Results from vein venography. Results In the 60 cases, 49 perforating veins were found with reflux by CDFI, The match rate by CDFI for diagnosis of insufficiency perforating veins was 71%. Conclusion Color Doppler flow imaging can accurately on the expansion or dysfunction of the perforating veins diagnosis and on the orthostatic skin color changes in the etiologic diagnosis has important significance.
