产科患者中临床路径与整体护理整合应用观察

目的探讨产科患者中临床路径与整体护理整合应用。方法回顾深圳市宝安区妇幼保健院住院分娩的产妇500例的临床资料,将采用整体护理措施的患者分为对照组,将采取临床护理路径与整体护理整合的护理模式进行护理的患者分为观察组。比较两组产妇满意度、知识掌握情况及平均住院日等指标。结果两组产妇在满意度、相关知识和技能掌握以及平均住院日和住院费用比较有显著性差异,观察组明显优于对照组。结论对产妇实施临床护理路径与整体护理整合的护理方式,有助于提高护理效率,增强护理效果,值得临床普及推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical pathway in patients with obstetric holistic nursing care integration application. Methods A retrospective review of our hospital delivery in a parturient with clinical data in 500 cases, which were randomly divided into control group and observation group, compared with two groups of maternal satisfaction, knowledge and the average hospitalization days and other indicators. Results The two groups of maternal satisfaction, knowledge and skills as well as the average length of stay and hospital costs had remarkable difference, the observation group was better than control group. Conclusion The implementation of clinical nursing path for maternal and holistic nursing care mode of integration, helps to improve the nursing efficiency, enhance the nursing effect, is worth the clinical popularization.
