摘要
自杀意念是自杀未遂和自杀死亡者的早期心理活动,探明自杀意念的成因并开展积极干预,是预防自杀死亡的重要手段之一。该文以易感——应激模型为框架,对青少年自杀意念的影响因素进行了系统分析。结果发现,在青少年自杀意念形成的易感因素方面,以往研究主要涉及人格、环境、认知、情绪等因素;在应激因素方面,以往研究主要涉及负性生活事件、儿童期经历等,并有少量研究探讨了易感因素和应激因素的交互作用对自杀意念的影响。文章最后以易感——应激模型为指导,指出了青少年自杀意念研究的发展方向。
The suicide ideation is so important to prevent the suicidal behavior that many researchers pay attention to the related research of its influence factors.Based on the Diathesis-stress framework,the article analyses the influence factors of suicide ideation systematically.The resulte found that,the previous research about diathesis factors,mainly involves the negative life events,childhood experience,etc.The interaction of the diathesis factor and the stress factors to the influence of the suicide ideation studied a little.Based on the ＂Diathesis-stress＂ model,the article points out the development direction of the adolescents＇ suicide ideation.
