吸入糖皮质激素对哮喘患者血清白介素-10和免疫球蛋白E的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨吸入糖皮质激素对哮喘患者血清白介素(IL-10)和免疫球蛋白E(IgE)的影响及其意义。方法哮喘患者30例为哮喘组,正常对照18例为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测其血清IL-10及IgE水平。结果哮喘组治疗前血清IL-10水平显著低于治疗后及对照组(P<0.01),哮喘组治疗后血清IL-10水平与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);哮喘组治疗前IgE水平显著高于治疗后及对照组(P<0.01),哮喘组治疗后血清IgE水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。哮喘治疗前血清IL-10、IgE之间呈负相关(r=-0.518,P<0.01)。结论 IL-10的低水平表达是哮喘气道炎症发生发展的重要因素,增加IL-10的表达水平可能是糖皮质激素抑制哮喘气道炎症的作用机制之一,血清IL-10水平可能提示哮喘激素治疗的敏感性。
