摘要 近年来,禽流感的大范围流行,造成了巨大的经济损失,并严重威胁着人类身体健康,其防制显得尤为重要。疫苗是预防禽流感的有效手段,在目前的实际应用中,主要以禽流感全病毒灭活疫苗为主,但由于其潜在的缺点,人们转向了其他类型疫苗的研制。对禽流感疫苗的研究状况进行了综述。 As in recent years,pandemic avian influenza has caused a huge economic losses and brought a serious threat to human health,the prevention of avian influenza is of particular importance.Avian influenza vaccine is a very effective means.Though in the practical application,the inactivated avian influenza virus vaccine is widely used,mainly because of its potential disadvantages,attention has been shifted to development of other types vaccine.In this paper,the current research situations of avian influenza vaccine were reviewed.
