基于GIS的福建省民营经济发展空间格局及其响应的实证研究

Spatial Pattern and Responsiveness of Fujian Civilian-run Economy Development Based on GIS

文章对福建省84个县级行政单元经济发展和民营经济指标进行统计分析,借用GIS技术,探讨福建省民营经济空间格局和发展态势。研究表明:福建省民营经济空间分布呈现出显著的自相关特征,空间集聚特征明显,突出地表现为"东部沿海"地区一枝独秀,且明显表现为以闽江口和闽东南三角地带为中心的"双核"模式;从民营经济发展重心轨迹看,全省个体经济发展重心总体上向东南沿海转移,但私营企业发展却呈现出向西北转移的态势;从动力机制分析,因东部和东南部投资吸引力的下降,闽西和闽北在投资环境得到大力改善情况下形成了较高的投资环境评价;从民营经济发展响应分析,全省城市化水平、农民收入和生活水平以及经济重心和区域发展水平重心都呈现出西向、北向的转移趋势,反映经济梯度转移的规律,以及不同地区间投资环境和政策发展的阶段性。

Economic form and economic space pattern are always an important part of the study of economic geography.This paper made a statistical analysis of 84 Fujian counties＇ economy and their civilian-run economy,which was done by GIS technology,and discussed Fujian civilian-run economies＇ spatial pattern and development situation.Research showed that the spatial distribution of Fujian civilian-run economy took on a significant autocorrelation feature,and the spatial agglomeration feature was also apparent whose outstanding performance was ＂double-core＂.From the view of civilian-run economy development gravities＇ trajectory,Fujian individual-owned economy development gravity overall migrated to the southeast coast,but private enterprises revealed a trend toward the northwest. To make analyses from the level of influence mechanism： the east and southeast investment attraction of Fujian province was under the shadow of dropping,while the west and north improve intensely.So it made the west and north of Fujian province got a relatively high investment environment evaluation.To make analyses from the level of its responsiveness： the urbanization level,the farmers＇ income and living standard,and economic gravity and regional development level gravity were presenting a tendency toward the west and the north of Fujian province,which reflected a law of economic gradient migrating and the stage features of the investment environment and policy development in different regions.
