摘要
采用硝酸-高氯酸(体积比4∶1)混合酸消解样品,以火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)测定姜炙枇杷(Eriobotrya japonica(Thunb.)Lindl.)叶中Fe、Cu、Mg、Ca、Mn、Zn、Ni、Cr、Pb等9种元素的含量。结果表明,9种元素的质量浓度在一定的范围内与其峰面积呈线性关系。该方法用于姜炙枇杷叶样品分析,9种元素测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)均小于3%,标准加入法测得9种元素回收率在95.3%~104.5%之间。采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定姜炙枇杷叶中9种元素稳定性好,结果准确、可靠。
The nine elements of Fe、Cu、Mg、Ca、Mn、Zn、Ni、Cr、Pb in follum eriobotryae processed by ginger juice were determined by FAAS.The samples were digested with HNO3 and HClO4(4∶1,V/V) before determination.Linear relationships of values of peak area and mass concentration of the 9 elements were obtained in definite ranges.The proposed method was used in the analysis of follum eriobotryae processed by ginger juice,and values of RSD′S(n=6) for 9 elements were less than 3%.Test for recovery was made by standard addition method,giving values of recovery were in the range of 95.3% to 104.5%.This method is stable,accurate and reliable.
