宜昌市基层农技推广体系现状调查及整改对策

Investigation and Countermeasure on the Agro-tech Extension and Service System at the Basic Level in Yichang City

以问卷调查的方式,对宜昌市166名基层农技人员的工作状况、工资待遇和思想状况进行了调查和分析。调查结果表明基层农技人员工资待遇低,工作缺乏热情和主动性,从事第二职业的现象比较普遍。通过对宜昌市现有基层农技推广体系存在问题的原因剖析,为优化和完善适合该市新时期农村经济发展的农技推广体系提出对策和建议。

Through a questionnaire investigation,166 basic-level agro-technique personnel＇s work condition,salary and ideological conditions were investigated and analyzed in Yichang city.The results showed the phenomenon that basic-level agro-technique personnel＇s low wages,lack of enthusiasm and initiative in doing work and engaging in a second job were quite common.By analyzing the cause of the problem that existed in basic-level agro-technique system in Yichang,some suggestions were put forward to optimize and perfect the development of new period rural economy agro-technique extension and service system for this city.
