甘肃省开发区土地集约利用评价研究

Research on the Evaluation of Land Intensive Use in Development Areas of Gansu Province

采用甘肃省34个省级开发区汇总数据,从土地利用综合集约度和相对集约度两方面评价开发区土地集约利用状况。结果表明,土地利用综合集约度能反映开发区内部的发展状况,而土地利用相对集约度侧重反映开发区之间的差异;开发区土地利用综合集约度和相对集约度没有呈现同高同低的一致性,河西走廊区配置开发区效率最高,但集约度有待提高,陇中黄土丘陵区和陇东陇南区配置开发区效率相对较低,但集约度较高;部分开发区发展范围与评价范围不一致,导致评价结果不能真实反映开发区实际,应考虑调整部分开发区划定的四至范围开发区土地利用综合集约度和相对集约度相结合,能形成互补并客观反映开发区的实际情况。

Data of 34 provincial-level development areas in Gansu province were used to evaluate land intensive use status from two aspects of the land use intensity and the relative intensity.The results showed that the land use intensity could reflect the internal situation of a development area and the relative intensity could reflect the difference among areas.The land use intensity and the relative intensity did not show consistency,the Hexi district configured the development areas most efficiently,but the intensity needed to be improved,the Longzhong Loess hilly and Longnan region relatively low,but high intensity.Development and evaluation of the scope appeared inconsistently in part of the areas,which leaded to the evaluation results not reflecting the actual areas,so adjusting the scope of this part of the areas should be considered.The fact that combination of the land use intensity and relative intensity could complement and objectively reflect the actual situation of the development areas was concluded.
