不同马铃薯品种对粉痂病的抗性研究 被引量:1

Resistance of Different Potato Cultivars to Powdery Scab

摘要 近年来,粉痂病已成为马铃薯主产区的重要病害之一,严重损害了商品薯的产量和品质。为此,2005年和2006年对云南省17个主要马铃薯栽培品种的抗病性进行了初步研究。结果表明:2a的温室盆栽试验中,品种会-2对粉痂病表现出了较强且稳定的抗性,平均抗性为5.40,平均发病率为40.67%;品种Russet Burbank的抗性也较好,平均抗性为5.00,平均发病率为40.40%。Mira抗性不稳定,发病轻时表现为抗病,抗性为8.60,发病率为3.33%;发病重时抗性丧失,抗性为1.00,发病率为100%。S88、Kennebec、Shepody、F5-2属于感病品种,平均抗性分别为1.60、1.70、1.70、1.25,平均发病率分别为88.34%、95.00%、96.67%、95.84%。因此,在云南省马铃薯主产区栽培较抗病品种会-2和Russet Burbank,一定程度上可以防止马铃薯粉痂病蔓延和加重。 In recent years,potato powdery scab has been one of the important diseases in potato production area,seriously undermining the production and quality of potatoes.The resistance of 17 major potato cultivars in Yunnan province to the disease was studied in 2005 and 2006.Results showed that Hui-2 was more resistant to powdery scab and had consistently less powdery scab in two trials,with average resistance of 5.40 and incidence of 40.67%.Russet Burbank also appeared to be resistant to powdery scab,with average resistance of 5.00 and incidence of 40.40%.The resistance of Mira was not consistent.It displayed resistance to powdery scab under low disease pressures,with resistance of 8.60 and incidence of 3.33%,while it almost lost the resistance under high disease pressures,with resistance of 1.00 and incidence of 100%.S88,Kennebec,Shepody and F5-2 were very susceptible to powdery scab.Their average resistance was 1.60,1.70,1.70 and 1.25,and their average incidence was 88.34%,95.00%,96.67% and 95.84%,respectively.Therefore,cultivation of the more resistant varieties Hui-2 and Russet Burbank in main potato growing areas of Yunnan province could prevent spreading and increasing of potato powdery scab disease.
