摘要
对西安石棉厂五个车间、十个岗位工种、25个工人的40个动作,通过能消耗量、心率绝对值、心率增值和心率增值百分比测定,进行劳动强度分级标准和相互关系的研究。结果表明,心率增值较心率增值百分比、心率绝对值作为以能消耗量为依据的单项体力劳动强度分级标准更为理想,值得进一步探讨。
The energy expeditures, absolute values of heart rate, increased value of heart rate and increased rates of heart rate were measured in 45 different operations among 25 workers from 10 different work positions in an asbestos plant. Criteria of labor intensity gradation and interrelationship of the indices were also studied. The results showed that all of those three indices for heart rates were positively correlated to energy expediture, but on the basis of energy quantity since the energy expediture was regarded as a criterion of physical labor intensity gradation, the increased values of the heart rate seemed to be better than that of the others (r=0.585 stepwise regression formula (?)=1.9636+0.0458x,(?) as estimated value of energy expediture and x as increased value of the heart rate). It suggested that increased value of the heart rates as a criterion was rather promizing but needed further study.
