摘要
车轮是汽车底盘系统的重要零部件,对车轮进行试验验证是车轮设计开发过程中必不可少的一步。文章采用我国车轮标准和德国TUV车轮标准,对铝合金车轮试验验证中弯矩、径向载荷和冲头质量的确定及试验方法进行差异分析,并通过实例计算具体数值来表明差异。结果表明我国车轮标准和德国TUV车轮标准在弯矩、径向载荷确定及部分试验要求方面存在差异。为今后制定明确且严格的汽车质量考核准则提供了参考。
Wheels are the important parts of vehiele ebassis system, and test and verification of wheel are the necessary, step in wheel design and development process. Adopting Chinese wheel standards and German TUV wheel standards, the variance is analyzed in determining bending moment, radial load, bullet mass and test method of aluminum alloy wheel: and through example calculation variance is showed by specific values. Tile ~sults show that there is variance between Chinese wheel standards and German TUV whee l standards in the determination of bending moment, radial load and test requirements. It provides reference for definiting and striet automobile quality assessing criterions in the future.
