摘要
柴油机的主要排放污染物是碳烟和NOx,柴油重整废气再循环(REGR)可降低NOx和碳烟排放。文章利用三维CFD软件FLUENT,模拟计算并对比分析了ZS195柴油机在原机和柴油废气重整2种情况下的气缸内部燃烧压力、温度、O2浓度、NOx浓度和碳烟浓度。结果表明:柴油废气重整后的气缸内部平均压力和平均温度升高,但是最高温度降低;气缸内部O2浓度降低;NOx排放和碳烟排放同时降低。
The main emission pollutants of diesel are soot and NOx. Diesel Reforming Exhaust Gas Recirculation can reduce emission of NOx and soot. This paper simulates and calculates combustion pressure, temperature, concentration of 02, NOx and soot iuside cylinder of ZS195 in the case of original and REGR, using 3D CFD software FLUENT, and comparison and analysis is conducted. The results indicated that after REGR the mean pressure and temperature increased while max. temperature decreased; concentration of O2; emission of NOx and soot decreased simuhaneously.
