摘要
2010年1月北京市政府工作报告正式提出了建设世界城市的发展目标。本文就世界城市规划建设的几个理论问题进行论述，主要包括：世界城市的概念，世界城市研究，世界城市主要特征和评价标准，世界城市体系的演化以及世界城市的构成要素和空间结构。
In January 2010, Beijing Municipal Government Annual Work Report formally proposed the development goal of building Beijing into a world city. In this paper, several theoretical issues of the world city are discussed, including： the concept and characteristics of world cities, review of research on world cities, the main features of the world cities and evaluation criteria, the evolution of the world urban system and the elements of the world city and the spatial structure.
