摘要
本文对553名煤矿井下工人最大呼气流速——容量曲线(MEFV)的调查,其结果:V_(50)、V_(25)、MMEF等项指标分别与年龄、尘龄呈负相关(P<0.01、P<0.05);求得V_(50)、V_(25)、MMEF与年龄、尘龄的回归方程式;0~Ⅰ和Ⅰ期尘肺病人已存在小气道功能的损害,其中V_(50)、V_(25)随肺部纤维化病变加重而呈减低的趋势(P<0.01)。为此,认为对尘肺病人作肺功能评价时,应注意到小气道功能的损害。吸烟与否两者最大呼气流速——容量曲线各指标无显著性差异。
Maximum expiratory flow-volume curves (MEFV) of 553 miners oxposed to coal and silica (including 71 cases of stage 0~Ⅰ, 80 cases of stage Ⅰ pneumoconiosis) were investigated. The results showed that (?)_(50), (?)_(25) and MMEF were negatively correlated to the ages and the dust exposed duration (P<0.01, P<0.05). The regression equations of (?)_(50), (?)_(25) and MMEF with age and the dust-exposed duration respectively were then derived. In case of stage 0~Ⅰ and Ⅰ, a variety of pulmonary function in the small airways appeared to be dameaged, espcially the (?)_(50), (?)_(25) and MMEF tended to decrease in accordance with the severity of pulmonary fibrosis, thus attention should be given when the lung functions of the pneumoconiotic patients were evaluated. It showed no statistical differance between the smokers and nonsmoker (P>0.05).
