Ultratructral studies on experimental silicosis of rats.

摘要 为了探明石英和肺纤维化的关系,本文对20只大鼠每只注入石英50mg,于1、15、30、45、60天分别解剖,用光镜和电镜观察肺组织。结果表明,实验矽肺的纤维化过程中,Ⅱ型肺泡上皮细胞增生,是全过程的始动环节,最终以大量的纤维化告终,其中心环节是肺泡巨噬细胞的反复增生和坏死。 Relationship between quartz and pulmonary fibrosis was studied in 20 rats. The rats were injected with 50mg quartz for each and then anatomized on the 1st, 15th, 30th, 45th and 60th days. The pulmonary tissues were observed both by light microscope and electron microscope. The results indicated that proliferation of type Ⅰ epithelium cell appeared to be the initiated step in the whose process of the fibrosis of experimental silicosis and resulted in the extensive fibrosis in the last stage. It also showed that the repeated proliferation and necrosis of alveolar macrophages played a key role in this matter.
