接触网用6082铝合金管材是高速铁路牵引供电系统的主体和关键材料,定尺长,对力学性能、表面质量和尺寸要求高。我公司通过开展工艺研究,经过成分优化,挤压速度控制,在线精密淬火,张力矫直,取得了管材研制的成功,在国内某客运专线上投入使用。

6082 aluminum alloy tube for high-conductivity wire is the main and key material applied to power supply system of the tractor in high speed train .Its length long has high requirements for the mechanical properties、surface quality and size. Through technology study, extrusion speed control、on-line precision quenching、 tension straightening have been achieved successfully. Now 6082 aluminum alloy pipes have been put service.
