关于检察文化的实践探索和理论研究,我国目前正处在探索阶段。文章围绕检察文化的内涵,提出了检察文化研究的方法论,归纳出了检察文化的三个本质属性,界定了检察文化的主体范围和内涵,提出了检察文化建设的途径。

The practical exploration and theoretical studies on procuratorial culture in China are still in the exploratory stage.Around the connotation of procuratorial culture,this article provides a methodology on the research of procuratorial culture,generalizes its three essential attributes,defines its main scope and connotation,and puts forward its construction approach.
