摘要
我国的惩罚性赔偿制度应坚持个别情况下例外规定惩罚性赔偿的思路,充分考虑现实意义和合理性,在必要的领域逐步构建惩罚性赔偿制度。
Our punitive compensation system should stick to the thinking that some punitive compensation should be stipulated exceptionally in individual cases,fully consider the practical significance and rationality,and build the punitive compensation system step by step in necessary fields.
