职务犯罪侦查对策分析

On Investigation Countermeasure to Official Crimes

随着社会主义市场经济发展的深入,预防和打击职务犯罪为社会所普遍关注。文章在借鉴一般刑事案件侦查对策的基础上,结合职务犯罪本身的特点,从获取犯罪线索、进行初查、讯问嫌疑人、查获书证等角度出发,提出一些侦查对策,以期对职务犯罪的侦查实践有所帮助。

With the deepening of development of socialist market economy,preventing and combating crimes are concerned universally by the whole society.On the basis of reference to investigation countermeasure to general criminal cases and comparing official crimes＇ own characteristics,the author provides some investigation countermeasures from the points of view of obtaining crime clues,conducting preliminary investigation,interrogating suspects,detecting documentary evidence and so on,hoping to be helpful to the investigation practice of official crimes.
