In the field of private international law,the determination and application of laws of jurisdiction are two important problems that cannot be ignored.This article discusses the influence and function of the determination of jurisdiction on civil procedure and real property in application of the law and the application of renvoi system and public order reservation system in private international law,with the purpose of clarifying the influence of the determination of jurisdiction to courts of competent jurisdiction when applying laws or choosing laws.
