Research and development management is the main content of the technology innovation system theory,RD activities are important guarantee for sustainable and everlasting development of enterprises.This paper analyzes and summarizes the RD status of China＇s PCB business from innovation culture,RD management and incentive mechanism three base points,and gives out suggestions on the development of China＇s PCB management of RD management system,technology platform building and cooperative RD.
