摘要
本文报道农药混合氨基酸铜络合物杀菌剂致突变作用的实验研究。结果表明,Ames试验阴性,外周血淋巴细胞微核率实验组与阴性对照组无显著性差异,对小鼠性别无选择性。初级精母细胞染色体的断片和易位率与对照组间无显著性差异,X—Y早熟分离率、常染色体早熟分离率均未超出正常允许值。因此,在本实验条件下混合氨基酸铜络合物未见致突变效应。
The mutation effect of fungicide of mixed amino acid copper complex was studied. The results showed that the Ames tests were negative and no significant difference in term of micronucleus rates of peripheral lymphocyte between the experimental group and control group. There was no selective effect on sex of mice. The rate of chromosomal fragmentation and translocation of primary spermiocytes, the rate of X-Y premature segregation and premature translocation of autosomes between the two groups did not show significant difference. It suggested that there was no mutation effect of mixed amino acid copper complex on mice under our experimental condition.
