运用文献资料法、访谈法等对政府在职业体育中的职能定位及相关理论进行深入研究,指出现阶段政府在我国体育职业发展中的定位存在着错位、越位、缺位等一系列问题,提出了政府要做好角色定位。

Research on the function position of the government and in - depth study of related theory that staged by way of literature interviews in this paper. There is a series of questions of the function position of the government in the development of professional sports, such as ＂Dislocate＂ , ＂ Offside＂ and ＂ Defaulted＂ Phenomenon. The government is proposed to play the right role of the functions position, to improve the legal system and innovation system and to reform the system.
