定向运动员读图能力训练研究

Research On the Training of the Map Reading Ability of Orienteering Athletes

运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷法和分析法,根据定向运动员训练过程中各定向技术、技能的掌握与运用程度对比赛结果的影响,对运动员在定向比赛过程中粗略读图、简化地图和对比判断三个方面进行分析,定向运动员读图能力直接影响运动员的比赛成绩。通过案例分析为提高运动员读图能力训练进一步提供理论基础。

By using the methods of literature review, interviewing, questionnaire and analysis, this paper analyzes the effect of skills on the resuh of the match. It provides the theoretical basis for improving the map reading ability of orienteering athletes.
