摘要
目的探讨肥胖致前列腺癌的因果关系,为前列腺癌的预防和病因研究提供参考依据。方法分别用"肥胖"、"前列腺癌"、"Meta分析"中的英文检索词检索中国期刊网、Science Direct、Springer Link、等数据库,检索近10年公开发表的有关肥胖与前列腺癌的研究文献,分别采用RevMan 5.0软件中的分类数据和一般反向方差法进行Meta分析。结果纳入该次分析的文献共有6篇,累计病例3 328例,对照535 724例。单项研究的OR值范围为0.78～1.31,合并OR值为1.11,95%可信区间为1.01～1.23。结论病例对照文献提示前列腺癌与肥胖存在联系。
[Objective]To discuss the cause-effect relationship between obesity and prostate cancer,and provide reference for prostate cancer prevention and its etiological study.[Methods]Case-control studies about obesity and risk of prostate cancer were identified for a meta-analysis by searching ScienceDirect,Springer Link and China Full Text Journal databases from 2001-2010 by using the search terms ＇obesity＇,＂prostate cancer＂,＂Meta-analysis＂.The meta-analysis was performed by disaggregated data and general reverse variance method in RevMan 5.0.[Results]A total of 6 articles were included in this study,with 3 328 cases and 535 724 controls.The OR value for individual studies ranged from 0.78-1.31.The pooled OR was 1.11 with 95% confidence interval（CI） of 1.01-1.23..[Conclusion]The case-control articles indicates that prostate cancer appear to be related to obesity.
