油脂中柠檬酸的高效液相色谱测定法

摘要 目的采用高效液相色谱法测定油脂中柠檬酸的含量。方法选用Aglient TC-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm×5μm),流动相为0.05 mol/L KH2PO4溶液(pH=2.40),流速为1.5 ml/min,柱温为35℃,检测波长为210 nm,外标法定量。结果柠檬酸线性范围为10.0~200 mg/L,r=0.999 8,回收率为91.1%~105.0%,变异系数为1.7~5.4%。结论该方法简便、准确、稳定、可靠,可用于油脂中柠檬酸的质量控制。 [Objective]To determine the content of citric acid in fats and oils by HPLC.[Methods]Using Aglient TC-C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm×5 μm),the mobile phase was 0.05 mol/L KH2PO4 solution(pH=2.40) with velocity of 1.5 ml/min,the column temperature was 35 ℃,the detection wavelength was 210 nm,and the external standard method was applied to the quantitative analysis.[Results]The linear range of citric acid was 10.0-200 mg/L(r=0.9998).The recovery rate was 80%-110%,and the coefficient of variation was 1.7%-5.7%.[Conclusion]The method is simple,accurate,stable and reliable.It can be applied to quality control in determination of citric acid in fats and oils.
