Monitoring report of accidental death among residents in Gaomi city 2008-2009

目的了解高密市居民意外伤害的死亡水平,分析意外伤害死亡发生频率及分布规律,为制定切实可行的预防控制措施提供科学依据。方法居民意外伤害死亡资料来源于死因监测系统,使用ICD-10进行分类编码。结果 2008—2009年高密市意外伤害死亡762人,占全部死亡的6.98%,死亡率为46.03/10万,在全死因顺位中居第4位,男性明显高于女性。结论交通事故、自杀和淹溺是高密市居民意外伤害死亡的主要原因,根据意外伤害死亡的分布特征和主要影响因素,应制定并采取相应的预防策略和控制措施。

[Objective]To study the level of accidental death among residents in Gaomi city,analyze the occurrence frequency and distribution law of accidental death,provide the scientific basis for developing feasible prevention and control measures.[Methods]The data of accidental death among residents were collected from the injury mortality surveillance system,and ICD-10 was applied for classification and coding.[Results]There were 762 cases of accidental death in Gaomi city during 2008-2009,which accounted for 6.98% of total deaths.The mortality rate was 46.03/lakh,which ranked in the fourth place among all causes.The mortality rate in males was significantly higher than that in females.[Conclusion]The main causes of accidental death among residents in Gaomi city include traffic accidents,suicide and drowning.It is necessary to develop and carry out the relevant prevention strategy and control measures according to distribution law and main influence factors of accidental death.
