摘要
目的了解南京市村镇小水厂水质卫生现状及影响因素,为改善农村饮用水质量、加强村镇水厂的卫生管理提供依据。方法设计和制作了《南京市乡镇村级小水厂卫生状况调查表》、《南京市乡镇村级小水厂饮用水水质卫生监测结果登记表》,对全市6家涉农区县134家村(镇)水厂开展相关调查。结果 134家村镇水厂枯水期出厂水合格率为79.1%,末梢水合格率71.8%;丰水期出厂水合格率68.2%,末梢水合格率58.8%。枯水期与丰水期比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。不合格项目主要为微生物指标和感官指标。结论该市村镇小水厂的饮用水质量枯水期水质较丰水期好,影响该市村镇小水厂饮用水质量的因素主要为微生物指标和感官指标,原因是水厂管网老化、净化消毒设施使用率低,监管部门应增加此类水厂的水质监测频率,加强卫生监督工作。
[Objective]To understand the sanitary status and the influencing factors of drinking water quality in waterworks at village and town level of Nanjing City,and provide evidence for improving the water quality in rural area and enhancing sanitary management in waterworks ar village and town level.[Methods]" The Questionnaire of Sanitary Status for Waterworks at Village and Town Level in Nanjing City" and "The Registration Form of Determination Result for Drinking Water in Waterworks at Village and Town Level" were designed and made,134 village or town waterworks in 6 farming county were investigated.[Results]The qualified rate of the treated water and the tap water was 79.1% and 71.8% in the dry season,and 68.2% and 58.8% in the wet season.The differences between dry season and wet season were significant(P0.01).Microbial indicators and sensory indicators are the main items which were not qualified.[Conclusion]The water quality of villages and towns waterworks in dry season is better than that in wet season.The influencing factors of drinking water are microbial indicator and sensory indicator.The causations are aged pipe network and lower using rate of sterilizing and purification equipment.The supervisory department should add monitoring frequency for drinking water of these waterworks and enhance health supervision.
