超净作业对工人分泌型免疫球蛋白A的影响

Effects of superpurified working on worker′s secretory immunoglobulins A.

本文采用放射免疫法测定微电子工业超净车间工人唾液SIgA。结果提示工人唾液SIgA含量空调超净组和空调非超净组比非空调非超净组明显增高;空调超净组、空调非超净组之间无明显差异。这说明超净车间工人唾液SIgA增高与空调有关。

Salivary secretory immunoglobulins A (SIgA) in superpurified plant workers of microelectron industry was determined by radio-immunoassay. The results indicated that the level of worker's salivary SIgA in airconditioning superpurified group and airconditioning nonsuperpurified group increased significantly in comparison to those in nonairconditioning nonsuperpurified group, meanwhile there was no significant difference between the airconditioning superpurified group and airconditioning nonsuperpurified group. It showed that the increase of salivary SIgA in superpurified plant workers might relate to airconditioning.
