河南农村教育现状及对策

随着中国城市化进程加快,农村的产业结构面临着重大调整与转形,与之密切相关的农村教育问题在这"转型"时期面临着一系列的问题,出现了诸如生源大为减少、教育资源短缺、留守儿童逐年增多等新问题,出现问题的原因一方面固然是因为地方政府的不重视,但也有农民们在新的形式下趋利短视的心理作祟。转变领导观念,加大对农村教育的投资,加强农村教师队伍建设,关注留守儿童心理发展是几项基本的措施。

With the development of Chinese Urbanization, rural industrial structure is faced with significant adjustment and transformation, the related problems of rural education in the ＂transition＂ period is facing some problems, such as students appeared to decrease, the shortage of educational res ources, the left-behind children is increasing year by year. One reason is because the local government did not take seriously and the farmers have the psychological of hasten benefit in short-term facing the new form. Changing an idea, increasing rural education investment, strengthening the construction of rural teaching team, paying close attention to the left behind children＇s mental development are the bas- ic measures.
