褐黄病1例 被引量：1

摘要 患者,男,38岁.因腰腿痛5年,进行性双下肢行走困难2个月入院.患者5年前出现因腰背部疼痛,行走数十米后双下肢酸困无力,休息后缓解,曾在当地医院诊断为腰椎间盘突出症,给予针灸、穴位埋线等对症治疗后,症状好转,但未能彻底缓解.2个月前,患者左膝关节疼痛并有响声.进而左下肢间歇性跛行,双下肢渐无力伴麻木不适感,症状渐进性加重至行走困难、站立不能,现已完全卧床.发病以来,患者诉未伴有肌肉疼痛和二便障碍.曾于多家医院骨科反复住院,按＂椎间盘突出症＂及＂强直性脊柱炎＂治疗未见好转来我院.
