夜间腿痉挛与不宁腿综合征研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 睡眠不足可以引起白天过度睡眠、疲劳、注意力下降等,影响人们的生活质量.睡眠运动障碍是睡眠疾病中的一大类别,包括不宁腿综合征（restless legs syndrome RLS）、夜间腿痉挛（nocturnal leg cramps NLC）、周期性肢体运动障碍（periodic limb movement disorder PLMD）、磨牙症、睡眠相关节律性运动障碍、药物滥用引起的睡眠运动障碍、躯体疾病引起的睡眠运动障碍等[1].其中RLS和NLC发病率较高.2种疾患有极相似的临床表现,通常都出现在夜间,表现为双下肢＂发紧＂的不适感觉,运动或牵拉下肢后可使症状减轻,影响睡眠.但二者是2种完全不同的疾病,其病因、临床特点、诊断及治疗有很大区别.现综述如下.
