The global crisis of public debt,in the short run,is the rapidly expanding public expense;in the long run is the government′s deficit finance policy;and at the root is the operation pattern of capitalist economy.The crisis does not only make the economic recovery more difficult,but also exerts far reaching influence to world politics.As for China,to ensure the sustainable use of its public debt and the sustainable development of its economy,it is not enough to cope with the impact of the crisis;it must also work out the reasons for the crisis and take precautions against it.
