摘要
通过带一跨裙房的某高层结构改造设计,发现裙房框架梁的实际配筋远小于软件的计算结果,而在实际应用中该框架梁未有损坏。通过计算发现:裙房与主体相交处柱的竖向变形远大于裙房柱,竖向变形差引起裙房框架梁产生较大的附加弯矩,这种竖向变形差可以通过计算和采取相应的施工措施来解决,从而减小裙房框架梁的截面与配筋。
Through the retrofitting analysis of a high-rise building with a cross-podium,it is found that the actual reinforcement bars of the main frame beam of the skirt building are much less than the software calculation,but there is no damage to the frame beam in practice.The calculation result shows that the vertical deformation of column at the intersection of the skirt building with the main building is much larger than the column at skirt building,and the different vertical displacements cause the additional larger moment to the frame beam of the skirt building.The different vertical displacements can be resolved by calculation and appropriate construction measures,thereby the cross section and reinforcement bars of the main frame beam can be reduced.
